About Lynn
Lynn is a trauma-informed narcissistic abuse recovery coach, survivor, author, and podcast host of Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Podcast. Her goal is to provide hope and encouragement for those who have suffered from narcissistic emotional abuse and to help others achieve personal healing and restoration in their lives. She enjoys supporting others to emotional freedom by beginning the “hard” conversations about narcissistic abuse in discussing its effects on marriage, family, and relationships. Lynn’s second book has been released.
